Shipping & Delivery Policy

At YOGYA, we understand that you are eager to receive your new timeless pieces. We take great care in packaging every "treasure" to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we get our designs from our studio to your doorstep.


1. Order Processing Time

Every piece at YOGYA is handled with intention.

  • Standard Orders: Please allow 4-5 business days for us to process and pack your order.

  • Made-to-Order/Custom Pieces: If your item is being specially crafted for you, processing may take 8-10 business days.

  • Note: We do not process or ship orders on Sundays or National Holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

We partner with reputed Indian courier services to ensure reliable delivery.

  • Metros & Tier 1 Cities: Usually delivered within 3-5 business days after shipping.

  • Rest of India: Usually delivered within 5-7 business days after shipping.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above ₹ 2,999.

  • Small Orders: For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹199 will be applied at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Treasure

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a confirmation email and SMS containing your Tracking Number and a link to the courier’s website. You can follow your package's journey in real-time as it makes its way to you.

5. Delivery Issues & Delays

While we strive for perfection, occasionally external factors (like weather or high-volume festive seasons) may cause delays.

  • Incomplete Address: Please double-check your shipping address! We cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect details.

  • Damaged Packages: If your package arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please take a photo and contact us at (myogya25@gmail.com) within 24 hours so we can resolve it immediately.

6. Return Shipping Policy

  • Defective/Wrong Items: If we made a mistake, we will arrange a reverse pickup at no cost to you.

  • Change of Mind/Size Exchanges: For standard returns or exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Alternatively, we can arrange a pickup for a nominal fee  which will be deducted from your refund.
