Welcome to YOGYA. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the purchase of our consciously crafted apparel. By accessing our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Terms

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • At YOGYA we reserves the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our sole discretion if these Terms are violated.


2. Pricing and Payments

We strive for transparency in our pricing to honor the "treasure forever" value of our pieces.

  • All prices are listed in INR (Indian Rupees) unless stated otherwise and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST), unless specified.

  • We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

  • Payments must be made through our authorized secure gateways. Your order will only be processed once payment is confirmed.


3. Product Descriptions & Accuracy

At Yogya, we aim for perfection. However, because our pieces are "consciously crafted," slight variations may occur.

  • We make every effort to display the colors and textures of our garments accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display will be 100% accurate.

  • All descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are error-free.


4. Order Acceptance

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our final acceptance of your order.

  • We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including stock unavailability or errors in pricing.

  • If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.


5. Shipping and Delivery

We want your new outfit to reach you safely and promptly.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on your location within India.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics partners or "Acts of God" (natural disasters, etc.).

  • Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.


6. Returns and Refunds

Because we want you to "feel your worth" in every outfit, we handle returns with care.

  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within seven (5) days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment mode within (7-10) business days after the quality check is complete.


7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our site or products for any unlawful purpose. Prohibited actions include:

  • Using our designs or brand imagery (including the Yogya logo) without written permission.

  • Attempting to interfere with the website’s security or server.

  • Posting "spam" or defamatory content in our review sections.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, shopyogya and its founder, Yogya Mehrotra, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product in question.
