Exchange Policy

We understand that finding the perfect fit is important. If you are unhappy with the fit of your garment or would prefer a different size, you may request an exchange within 5 days of receiving your order.

How to Start an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at myogya25@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery and share your order details.

Our team will review your request and provide instructions regarding the exchange process.

Please note that products sent back without prior approval or exchange authorization may not be accepted.

Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be in its original condition and packaging, wherever applicable.
  • Be free from stains, makeup marks, perfume, or any signs of wear.
  • Be free from any damage not reported before initiating the exchange request.

Quality Check (QC)

All exchanged products undergo a Quality Check upon receipt.

If the product does not meet the above eligibility criteria, the exchange request may be declined and the original item may be returned to the customer.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Our team will assess the issue and work towards an appropriate resolution.

Exchange Options

Once the returned product successfully
passes the Quality Check, it may be exchanged for:

  • A different size of the same product, subject to availability; or
  • Another product, subject to stock availability and any applicable price difference.

If the selected replacement product is priced higher, the customer will be required to pay the difference. If the replacement product is priced lower, the difference may be adjusted as per our exchange guidelines.

Shipping & Handling

Depending on the nature of the exchange request and the delivery location, shipping charges for returning the original product and dispatching the replacement product may be applicable.

Our team reviews each request individually and will guide you through the most suitable and convenient solution.

Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges on:

  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items purchased during special clearance or final sale promotions, unless received in a damaged or defective condition.
