Return Eligibility

Quality Check (QC)

All returned products undergo a Quality Check upon receipt.

Products that fail the Quality Check will not be eligible for a refund and may be returned to the customer.

Damages and Issues

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

Non-Returnable Items
