All exchanged products undergo a Quality Check upon receipt. If the product does not meet the above conditions, the exchange request may be declined and the original item will be returned to you.

Once approved, the product may be exchanged for:

• A different size of the same product, or

• Another product, subject to availability and applicable price differences.
